Open The Barrier With Bluetooth
To open the barrier with the app, you need a free Q-Park SmartCard or a season ticket. You can use the app to open the barrier when entering and exiting a Q-Park car park in Maastricht. There is no need for a ticket or to make a stop at a payment terminal because your charges are automatically paid by direct debit! If you forgot your phone at home, or if your battery is running low, you can simply use your Q-Park SmartCard.

How Does Street Parking Work?
Register with your e-mail address and activate direct debit. From that moment on, you can park on-street in Maastricht at locations where paid parking applies. Open the app if you are going to park, choose the nearest payment terminal (zone number), and press start. When you leave, simply stop the parking action in the app. The parking costs, including VAT and €0.31 in transaction fees, are automatically debited from your account. Quick and easy!
