This is how it works:

  3. Your parking space is now reserved! You will receive a confirmation email as well.

How does it work?

  • Step 1:
    Pre-booking a parking space and enter your license plate.
  • Step 2
    You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
  • Step 3
    The barrier opens automatically based on your number plate.
  • It is unfortunately not possible to enter the parking garage before the reserved time.
  • It is possible that the confirmation has ended up in the spam box. If the confirmation is not included here, please contact our Customer Service.
  • You can easily submit a refund request to our Customer Service.
  • There is no separate entrance for customers with a reservation, but a parking spot is always reserved for you. However, this could mean that you have to wait at the entrance before you can enter the parking garage if there are other customers in front of you.
  • It is not possible to reserve a separate parking spot for this.
  • It is possible to park longer than the end time of your reservation, because the system keeps track of how long you are inside. You then have to pay the extra amount. Keep in mind that any discounts are not included in this remaining amount, because you pay the regular rate of the relevant Q-Park parking garage.
  • You can book online at more than 100 Q-Park parking garages. Click here to view all parking garages where you can reserve.
  • A reservation for Park+Fly is valid for a maximum of 22 days. If you want to park longer, it is possible for the regular rate. You will pay for the extra days when you exit the parking garage.
  • Canceling your Park+Fly booking is possible up to 1 hour before the start time of your reservation. You will then receive the full amount back. You can cancel via the link at the bottom of the confirmation email you received. For example: if you have a booking starting on August 12, 13:30, you can cancel up to and including August 12, 12:29. Have you lost the reservation confirmation? Send us a message via the contact page and we will ensure that you receive the confirmation again.
  • The confirmation you received from us contains a QR-code for the bus. Scan these on the outward and return trip. You can use the bus for free with a maximum of 5 people.

    • Q-Park Spaarne Gasthuis (Schiphol) From the Q-Park Spaarne Gasthuis parking garage in Hoofddorp, it is approximately 15 minutes to the departure hall of Schiphol. With Park+Fly you can use the Connexxion lijnbus 300 for free, which runs daily between 05:00 am and 00:57 am up to 10 times an hour to and from the airport. The bus departs right next to the parking garage at the stop 'Spaarne Gasthuis' and stops at the entrance of the departure hall. At night you can use the night bus N30 for free. It runs twice an hour, from 01:00 am to 05:00 am.

    • Q-Park Buitenplein (Schiphol) From the Q-Park Buitenplein parking garage in Amstelveen, it is approximately twenty minutes to the departure hall of Schiphol. With Park+Fly you can use the Connexxion lijnbus 300 for free, which runs daily between 05:12 am and 00:46 am up to 10 times an hour to and from the airport. From the parking garage it is a 5-minute walk (500m) to the 'Amstelveen Busstation' bus stop. The bus is at the airport in 15 minutes and stops at the entrance of the departure hall. At night you can use the night bus N30 for free. It runs 2x per hour, from 01:12 am to 04:42 am.

  • This is no problem when entering. Did this happen on the way back? Then use the help button at the exit, and our customer service will help you further.
  • That is no problem. You can change your license plate number up to one hour before arrival. You can change the license plate number by using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
  • If you want to change your reservation for Park+Fly you have to cancel your current reservation, up to 1 hour in advance this is free of charge. You can then make a new reservation, we will refund the money from the old reservation.

    Note: You can park for a maximum of 22 consecutive days with Park+Fly. Also: Always check whether the period you have chosen is also available, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to make your reservation again for a longer period.

  • After you have made your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find a QR code. With this QR code you can travel with HTM tram from and to Scheveningen.
  • There is always a parking spot reserved for you when you make a reservation. However, this is not a stated spot, so you can park wherever you want.
  • By specifying your license plate during the reservation, it will be registered in our system. As soon as you arrive in the Q-Park parking garage, the system will immediately recognize your license plate and the barrier will open for you at the entrance and exit, you don't have to do anything further.
  • After you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find a code with which you can rent an HTM Bike. In the app you can click on the menu item 'Promos' in the menu bar. Enter the code from the confirmation email and click on pay with credit. Find a bike via the app, unlock the lock and off you go! You can use the HTM Bike to cycle for 1 hour to Scheveningen and to cycle back for 1 hour. In the app you can see where the nearest bikes are. Would you like to know more about the HTM Bike?   • Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation.
