There is always a parking spot reserved for you when you make a reservation. However, this is not a stated spot, so you can park wherever you want.
Can I also park longer than the time I have indicated?

It is possible to park longer than the end time of your reservation, because the system keeps track of how long you are inside. You then have to pay the extra amount. Keep in mind that any discounts are not included in this remaining amount, because you pay the regular rate of the relevant Q-Park parking garage.
How does entering and exiting on license plate recognition work?

By specifying your license plate during the reservation, it will be registered in our system. As soon as you arrive in the Q-Park parking garage, the system will immediately recognize your license plate and the barrier will open for you at the entrance and exit, you don't have to do anything further.
Can I enter the parking garage earlier than the reserved time?

It is unfortunately not possible to enter the parking garage before the reserved time.
Can I enter and exit the parking garage more often during a reservation?

With your reservation you can enter and exit the parking garage several times within the time you have reserved. There is no maximum attached to this.

Is it possible to reserve a disabled parking spot/electric charging point?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve an electric charging spot or a disabled spot. Fortunately, we have a wide range of charging stations and disabled spaces in almost every Q-Park car park. You can find the number of charging stations on the page of your parking location on our website.

Is there a charging point or disabled space available? Then of course you can park there.
I want to park longer than 22 days, is this possible?

A reservation for Park+Fly is valid for a maximum of 22 days. If you want to park longer, it is possible for the regular rate. You will pay for the extra days when you exit the parking garage.
How do I reach the airport from the parking garage?

In the e-mail confirmation you receive from us, there is a QR code for the bus. Scan this on the outward and return journey. This way you can use the bus for free with a maximum of 5 people. In this e-mail confirmation you will find a map with the route to the bus stop. You can also find the route and bus lines on our website. You can check the current timetable on the website of the carrier (Connexxion or Hermes/Bravo).
I want of have to park longer than planned, is this possible?

Is your flight delayed and want to park longer than previously planned? You can!We automatically debit the extra parking time from your bank account at the current rate. The barrier opens automatically when you drive out and you do not need to make a new pre-booking.

If you wish to change the times of your Park+Fly reservation in advance, you must cancel your current reservation, which is free of charge up to 1 hour in advance.You can then make a new pre-booking and we will refund you the money from the old one. Please note: always check first whether your chosen period is available, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to make a new pre-booking for a longer period.
How can I use the tram to Scheveningen?

After you have made your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find a QR code. With this QR code you can travel with HTM tram from and to Scheveningen.
How can I use the HTM Bike?

After you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find a code with which you can rent an HTM Bike. In the app you can click on the menu item 'Promos' in the menu bar. Enter the code from the confirmation email and click on pay with credit. Find a bike via the app, unlock the lock and off you go!
