After a thorough transformation in the early 2000s, the top floor was transformed into NOW (aka Now&Wow), a spectacular club with industrial vibe and 40-metre views. Known for their techno, house, and electronic music parties, these clubs regularly hosted international artists and players from the Rotterdam scene, including Rotterdam Rave, which chose the silo as their permanent venue. At the same time, the Maassilo evolved into a fully-fledged event venue that receives thousands of guests annually for conferences, product launches, fashion shows, corporate parties and even church services. The original, robust features - concrete pillars, pipes, grain hoppers - were preserved, while modern facilities for lighting, sound, hospitality and catering were added.

The Maassilo has 12 rooms, ranging from compact spaces for 50 people to the large Main Hall that can accommodate 1,250 guests. In The Basement, the huge flywheels of the original grain silo revive as an industrial setting for events. Every room, from the basement to the silos, exudes history and invites the creation of unique experiences - whether for an evening of dancing, business meetings or intimate receptions.
