This is how it works Select the Q-Park car park of your choice online, enter the date and time that you wish to park, and pay with iDeal, Visa, or MasterCard. Within a few minutes of your booking, you will receive an e-mail with a ticket that contains a QR code. Print your e-ticket or open it on your smartphone. Hold the QR code in front of the scanner at the entrance to access the car park. After scanning, you will receive a parking ticket and you can enter the car park. Keep the ticket in a safe place, as you will need it to exit the car park. Park your car in any free parking space.

* If it's busy, you might have to wait before you can enter the car park. Pre-booking helps to guarantee that there will always be a spot for you once you arrive. Even if the sign says ‘full,’ we have kept a space free just for you! It is not a problem if you exit you after the time you had reserved.

Can I see in advance if there a free places?

It is not possible to see the number of free places in advance. If you want to be assured of a parking space you can choose to pre-book your parking spot online.
How does the dayrate work?

A daily rate is equal to 24 hours. The parking time starts the moment you drive in. For example, if you drive in at 3:00 PM, the maximum daily rate applies until 3:00 PM the next day.

At some locations this may differ. If this is the case then this is specifically stated on the facility page.
Where can I charge my car?

in more than 100 Q-Park parking facilities you will find one or more charging points for electric cars. It is indicated per parking facility how many charging points are available. You can see this information on the webpage of each specific facility.
Can I reserve a parking space in advance?

You can easily pre-bookl a parking space in advance. Click here and enter your city of choice, followed by the desired date and time. All options including prices are filtered for you so that you can find the best deal that suits you.

Note: It is not yet possible to book at all Q-Park parking faiclities. It is also not possible to make a reservation at a Q-Park P+R site.
