Online pre-booking Why not pre-book your parking to save time before you arrive? Whether you are visiting a city for work of leisure, pre-booking means you can relax knowing that you have your parking organised. Once you book online, we keep a parking space free just for you, even when it's busy. This way, you are always assured of a parking space!
This is how it works Select the Q-Park car park of your choice online, enter the date and time that you wish to park, and pay with iDeal, Visa, or MasterCard. Within a few minutes of your booking, you will receive an e-mail with a ticket that contains a QR code. Print your e-ticket or open it on your smartphone. Hold the QR code in front of the scanner at the entrance to access the car park. After scanning, you will receive a parking ticket and you can enter the car park. Keep the ticket in a safe place, as you will need it to exit the car park. Park your car in any free parking space.

* If it's busy, you might have to wait before you can enter the car park. Pre-booking helps to guarantee that there will always be a spot for you once you arrive. Even if the sign says ‘full,’ we have kept a space free just for you! It is not a problem if you exit you after the time you had reserved.
  • It is not possible to reserve a separate parking spot for this.
  • A reservation for Park+Fly is valid for a maximum of 22 days. If you want to park longer, it is possible for the regular rate. You will pay for the extra days when you exit the parking garage.
  • In the e-mail confirmation you receive from us, there is a QR code for the bus. Scan this on the outward and return journey. This way you can use the bus for free with a maximum of 5 people. In this e-mail confirmation you will find a map with the route to the bus stop. You can also find the route and bus lines on our website. You can check the current timetable on the website of the carrier (Connexxion or Hermes/Bravo). 

  • Is your flight delayed and want to park longer than previously planned? You can!We automatically debit the extra parking time from your bank account at the current rate. The barrier opens automatically when you drive out and you do not need to make a new pre-booking. 

    If you wish to change the times of your Park+Fly reservation in advance, you must cancel your current reservation, which is free of charge up to 1 hour in advance.You can then make a new pre-booking and we will refund you the money from the old one. Please note: always check first whether your chosen period is available, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to make a new pre-booking for a longer period.
  • After you have made your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find a QR code. With this QR code you can travel with HTM tram from and to Scheveningen.
  • After you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find a code with which you can rent an HTM Bike. In the app you can click on the menu item 'Promos' in the menu bar. Enter the code from the confirmation email and click on pay with credit. Find a bike via the app, unlock the lock and off you go! You can use the HTM Bike to cycle for 1 hour to Scheveningen and to cycle back for 1 hour. In the app you can see where the nearest bikes are. Would you like to know more about the HTM Bike?
